JUNE 2025
NEW Sat/Sun 21-22 - Selkirk Pickleball Tournament hosted by Marie Vanderbilt
9 am-7 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - Enter as a single player and play round robin with a mixed doubles partner. Then fixed partner into single elimination bracket. Regular mixed on Saturday and Senior Mixed on Sunday. Registration is open at globalpickleball.network.
NEW DATE Sat, 28 - King/Queen of the Court Fun Tournament
11 am-3 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - Enter as individual and move up and down based on win/loss. The winning players on court one after two hours of timed games are the King/Queen of the court. Under 3.5 and 3.5+ skill levels. CLOSED/FULL
JULY 2025
NEW Fri, 4 - 4th of July Open Play and Potluck
11 am-3 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - Free for members, $10 for non-members. Join us to celebrate Independence Day with openplay and a potluck. Merchandise for sale and door prizes for members. Bring a non-dessert dish to share. We could use help setting up at 10 a.m.
NEW Sat, 12 - Christmas in July Pickleball Tournament
9 am-7 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - $55 Register with a mixed doubles partner in divisions 2.5-3.25, 3.5-3.99, 4.-4.49, 4.5+ Marie’s format. Registration will open on June 12 at 12 noon. If the weather does not cooperate we will move to O’Malley Sports Center.
AUGUST 2025
NEW Tue, 19 - Team League Party
6-8 pm. - Arctic Recreation Center - Season end team league party and potluck including open play for team league participants and subs.
NEW Sat, 30 - Beginner Pickleball Tournament
11 am-2 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Courts - This tournament is for “beginners”. Register as an individual and play round robin games with all partners, then payr up with a permanent partner into single elimination brackets. This is an introduction to tournaments and is non-competitive. Registration opens 12 noon on April 15 on our website under events/registration tab and then beginner/low intermediate tab.
SEPTEMBER 2025
NEW Mon 1 - Labor Day Open Play and Barbecue
11 am-4 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - Let’s celebrate it’s not the end of summer play and Laborl Day with open play and a barbecue. Merchandise for sale and door prizes to members. Bring a non-dessert dish to share.
