REFUND POLICY - IF YOU CANCEL AND WE CAN FIND A REPLACMENT, WE WILL REFUND YOU THE EVENT FEE. IF YOU CANCEL 24 HOURS OR LESS PRIOR TO EVENT - NO REFUND. REFUNDS CAN TAKE UP TO 2 WEEKS TO PROCESS

NO SHOW POLICY - AFTER 2 NO SHOWS TO ANY OF OUR EVENTS (SHUFFLES/LADDERS), THE PLAYER WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE EVENT WITHOUT A REFUND. We understand emergencies occur and the last thought you have is to notify Robin, the host or the club.  Those are exceptions.  If you were previously injured or are sick and think you will be better, error on the side that you won’t and let us know so we have amply time to find a sub.

SEPTEMBER 2026

Thu 10, 3.5+ Ladder League (9/10-10/22, 7 weeks)

6:45-8:45 pm - O'Malley Sports Center - $65 Members Only. Enter as an individual.  Each week you will receive a notification requesting an RSVP for the week.  You will be assigned to a court with 4 others of a similar skill level.  You will play games with and against each of your court mates and have a rest game.  Scores will be recorded and used to determine if you will move up a court, stay, or move down a court for the following week.  Good competitive, fun play! Fri 18, 4.0+ Shuffle (9/18-11/13, 8 weeks, skipping 10/30)

5-7 pm - O'Malley Sports Center - $75 Members ONLY. Enter as an individual.  You will need to rsvp for every weeks’ play.   At assigned play time, players will be randomly “shuffled” into groups of 4 for fun, competitive, timed games. Mon 28, 4.0+ Registered Open Play (9/28-11/2, 6 weeks)

OCTOBER

NEW Sat 17, Marie’s Money Ball Tourney

10-7 - O’Malley Sports Center - $70 Register as a single and play round robin in gender doubles and then paired with mixed partner into single elimination bracket. NEW Sat/Sun 24/25 2nd Annual Monster Smash Tourney (Fairbanks)

9-6 - UAF Student Recreation Center - 1st $45, 2nd $15, 3rd $15. Wear you best costume to play in this fun filled tournament. Divisions are Men’s/Women’s/Mixed 3.0, 3.5 and 4. NEW Mon 23, APC Annual Meeting (for members only)

6:30-9 pm - O’Malley Sports Center - No fee Join us for our annual meeting to discuss the year’s events, announce volunteers of the year and vote for board members. You must be a current member to attend. The meeting will commence at 6:30 pm and then there will be open play from 7-9 pm. If you cannot attend, please consider submitting a proxy. More information will be emailed to all members with details and proxy forms. Catering by Spudz AK.

NEW Fri/Sat, 27/28, 10th Annual Alaska Championships (Palmer)

9-6 - Grizzly Family Fitness - $80 for first event, $10 for second event Mixed doubles is on Friday and gender doubles on Saturday. More information when it is released. For more information or questions, contact Josh Dollick at 907-795-2113. Registration will open September 25.

4-7 - O’Malley Sports Center - Free for 2027 members, not a 2027 member, renew to play. Come enjoy 3 hours of open play if you have renewed your membership for 2027. If you have not renewed, you must join to play. No non-members.
