Boeke Courts (May-September)

Open Play - Thu/Fri 5-8 p.m., Sat/Sun 12-4 pm

Outdoor open play at Boeke is “free” for Anchorage Pickleball members, non-members pay $10 per day. All children must sit on bleachers and be supervised. Please leave your pets in your car or at home. Become a member for $25 annual dues for adults and $15 annual dues for juniors.

Skill Level - Low Advanced 4.0 and Advanced 4.5+

Registration opens at 12:00 noon for “members only” for the following events on:

April 6 - Scott Moore Clinic 4.0+ (7/22)

May 2 - King/Queen Tournament (6/7)

June 28 - Cinderella Tournament (8/2)

MAY 2025

Sun, 11 - 4.0+ Shuffle (17 weeks 5/11-8/31)

4-6 pm - Boeke Outdoor Courts -17 weeks of shuffle, play when you can.. This event is full you can “drop in” and if space is available you can pay to play. $5 for members, $10 for non-members.

Wed, 14 - 4.0 Team League Sub

6-9 pm - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - This event is CLOSED/FULL. CLICK HERE  TO REGISTER AS A SUB . DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOU ARE CALLED TO SUB $5 FOR MEMBERS, $10 FOR NON-MEMBERS.

Wed, 14 - 4.5 Team League Sub

Sat/Sun 17-18 - Spring Thaw Pickleball Tournament hosted by Midnight Sun Alaska Pickleball

NEW Mon, 26 - Memorial Day/Summer Play Barbecue

11 am-4 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - Let’s kick off summer play and Memorial Day with open play and a barbecue. Merchandise for sale and door prizes to members. Bring a non-dessert dish to share.

Sat, 31 - Seasoned Seniors Tournament (must be age 55+)

10 a.m. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - $55 Register as an individual in higher skill division.. 24 slots available for higher level (12 men/12 women) 2 pools of 12 players (6 men/6 women) women will play round robin with all in the men in their pool. Based on individual points will then be paired up to play mixed doubles in a single elimination bracket. CLOSED/FULL

JUNE 2025

NEW Sat, 7 - King/Queen of the Court Tournament

11 am-3 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - $25 for members, $40 for non-members. Enter as individual and move up and down based on win/loss. Game lengths determined by the court jester.The winning players on court one after two hours of timed games are the King/Queen of the court. Under 3.75 and 3.75+ skill levels. Registration will open on May 2 for members. 24 slots for under 3.5 and 24 slots for 3.5+ divisions.

JULY 2025

NEW Fri, 4 - 4th of July Open Play and Potluck

11 am-3 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - Free for members, $10 for non-members. Join us to celebrate Independence Day with openplay and a potluck. Merchandise for sale and door prizes for members. Bring a non-dessert dish to share.

NEW Tue, 22 - Pro Scott Moore Clinics (skill level 4.0+)

2-5 pm. - O’Malley Sports Center, $100 for members, $115 for non-members. Want to level up your game, then register for this clinic with senior pro Scott Moore. He offered clinics for APC last year and the clinics were great. More description to come. 12 slots available. Registration now open. 8 slots available. CLICK HERE  TO REGISTER . AUGUST 2025

NEW Sat, 2 - Cinderella Fun Tournament

11 am-3 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - $25 for members, $40 for non-members. Enter as individual and play mixed doubles. Your partner will be selected “Cinderella style”. Under 3.5 and 3.5+ skill levels. Registration will open on June 28 for members. 24 slots for under 3.75 and 24 slots for 3.75+ divisions.

NEW Tue, 19 - Team League Party

6-8 pm. - Arctic Recreation Center - Season end team league party and potluck including open play for team league participants and subs.

SEPTEMBER 2025

NEW Mon, 1 - Labor Day Open Play and Barbecue

11 am-4 pm. - Boeke Outdoor Hockey Rink Courts - Let’s celebrate it’s not the end of summer play and Laborl Day with open play and a barbecue. Merchandise for sale and door prizes to members. Bring a non-dessert dish to share.
