Sun, 14 - Under 3.5 Fall Ladder League (9/14-10/26) 7 weeks

5-7 pm. - O’Malley Sports Center - $65. Enter as an individual.  Each week you will receive a notification via bench app requesting an RSVP for the week.  You will be assigned to a court with 4 other players of a similar skill level.  You will play games with and against each of your court mates and have a rest game.  Scores will be recorded and used to determine if you will move up a court, stay, or move down a court for the next week.  Good competitive, fun play! NEW Sat, 18 - Beginner Shuffle (10/18-12/20) 9 weeks skipping 11/29

9-11 am - Arctic Recreation Center - $105 Enter as an individual and play timed games with a partner and then “shuffle” to play with another player. Play continues for 2 hours. This shuffle is for beginner players. 15 slots available. Registration will open on September 17 at noon for members ONLY, if not full will open to non-members and fee would be $120.

NEW Sat, 18 - 4th Annual Moneyball Pickleball Tournament

9 am-8 pm. - O’Malley Sports Center - $65 Register as an individual, play round robin with all gender in your group and then pair up with a mixed doubles partner into single elimination bracket. Skill divisions are 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5+. Registration opens on September 5 at 7 am on globalpickleball.net. Any questions should be directed to tournament director Marie Vanderbilt 205-0406.

5-8 pm. - Arctic Recreation Center - Only members of APC will be allowed to attend. We will conduct business beginning at 6:15 pm and then open play. APC will provide food.

JANUARY 2026

NEW Sat, 3 - Beginner Tournament (for beginners/low intermediate players)

11 am-2 pm. - O’Malley Sports Center - $25 for members, $40 for non-members This tournament is for “beginners”. Register as an individual and play round robin games with all partners, then payr up with a permanent partner into single elimination brackets. This is an introduction to tournaments and is non-competitive. Registration opens 12 noon on December 13.

NEW Sat, 3 - Beginner Shuffle (1/3-2/14) 7 weeks

9-11 am - Arctic Recreation Center - $85 for members and $100 for non-members Enter as an individual and play timed games with a partner and then “shuffle” to play with another player. Play continues for 2 hours. This shuffle is for beginning players. 15 slots available. Registration will open on December 9 at noon. Once the event is full, we will open for subs, subs that are members would pay $10, non-members pay $15 each time they are called to sub.

NEW Sun, 4 - Under 3.5 Winter Ladder League (1/4-2/22) 8 weeks
